BREAKING NEWS: Angelina's in the hospital!!
Our insider has CONFIRMED that Angelia Jolie checked into the hospital. She HAS NOT given birth, although a French magazine is reporting otherwise. She is about a month from her due date for the twins. Jolie is resting at Lenval's Santa Maria clinic in Nice, France. (Yes, the city is called 'Nice')The Jolie/Pitt twinz are expected to be delivered by French doctor Michele Sussmann and her regular ob/gyn Jason Rothbart, who is flying out before the weekend. This will be child #5 & #6 for the Hollywood couple.

VIDEO: Tim McGraw attacks... AGAIN!!
Tim "McRoids" was singing his hit "Indian Outlaw" when he noticed a large man causing a ruckus in the front row, allegedly striking a woman. Tim called for security, then stooped down and dragged the man on stage, where security guards took him away.
HOWEVER... Some are speculating that this was an inside job, that the man was staged to make McRoids look like a hero.
Tim McGraw's spokesperson says, "While Tim was performing at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, Washington Tuesday night, he watched a man rush to the front of the stage." - "This overly aggressive fan attacked a female fan and Tim witnessed this incident. Tim called for security, but when they could not respond quick enough, Tim and several crew members removed the fan from the audience where he was then turned over to the local authorities."

BUT, this isn't the first time Tim McGraw has gotten aggressive on stage. Last year, when a ring slipped off Tim's sweaty hand, he blamed a fan & made quite a scene... WATCH VIDEO! VIDEO: A PSA from Kid Rock
Kid Rock is refusing to allow his songs to be sold through the Apple iTunes download service because he doesn't believe that Apple pay artists enough for their downloads.
The rap-rocker claimed that the download service was based on an "old system" whereby musicians were cut out of pay deals. He did, however, concede that it was inevitable that his music would one day be available on iTunes.
He said, "It's based on an old system where iTunes takes the money, the record company takes the money, and they don't give it to the artists.
"Back in the day, we all know the stories of the Otis Reddings and Chuck Berrys and Fats Dominos who never got paid. So the internet was an opportunity for everyone to be treated fairly, for the consumer to get a fair price, for the artist to be paid fairly, for the record companies to make some money.
"I will be on iTunes eventually because I can't avoid it, but I like to always stick to my guns and prove a point and do something original and because I believe in it."
